HIDs and Warranty

Hello,

As you may know i installed HIDs in my DS3. I've been getting this error on the dash a lot recently "Breaking system faulty". its been happening nearly everyday for a few weeks but ive not had time to take it into my local Citroen dealership. Its going in tomorrow and i wondered if the HIDs will void the warranty? what does everything think?

Take them off. Do not give them the slightest reason to deny a claim.

I always leave them in, but I haven't had any electro issues, just the usual THP stuff

I ended up leaving them in. Too much hassle to remove them, plus i didn't actually have normal h7 bulbs any more! Citroen have looked at the car and apparently the issue is being caused by the two front break pads, so they need replaced.

Happy days! Overdraft here i come!
