Picked up new car 6 weeks ago and,as usual, the service was excellent.
Last week I noticed that the rear offside speaker was making a vibrating/knocking noise.
Called into dealers and they said they would order a new speaker and contact me when it was in.
Received a letter yesterday informing me the part was in and to call them to arrange booking the car in.
I rang them expecting to be told that they wouldn't be able to look at it till next week at least. Service chap
told me to bring it in this morning and they would sort it straight away. 2 hours later car was fixed and I
was on my way.
Now that's what I call service. ( Luffield Cars Loughborough).
Just goes to show that not all dealers are useless.
