Anyone awaiting delivery of their Ds3

Hi just a wee enquiry to see if anyone has been waiting as long as myself for delivery of new car? I ordered a Ds3 cabrio sportplus mid July 2014 and still waiting delivery. Last I heard it was in this country but cant take this as gospel as the leasing company in my opinion have not been the greatest as regards to communication and as regards to dealership even less! Been without car for over a month now as handed back previous leased car so not best pleased! :mad:

That's crazy. And wrong.

3 months as mentioned above is about average. I know someone that waited 9 months but this was for a racing and did expect a longer wait and was kept updated.

I ordered a diesel cabrio in November and delivery updates are still saying March (15). Hope yours shows up soon. What colour combo did you select?

Sounds like your leasing company has done one of two things, forgotten to order the car or because of the change in figures during the period have realised that they can't supply and are hoping you will cancel. They may also try and full price match you with another.

Standard tactics used years ago by more shifty agents.

Tbh, if he doesn't say "It's right here sir/madam, it will be delivered within the week and here's a hefty discount for your troubles" then I'd be looking elsewhere. Seems to me like they're taking the piss.

i ordered mine Tuesday and i can pick it up tomorrow, as long as they have one like yours your fine but you have like an extra package e.g. led headlights or sat nav they order from the factory, they didn't have mine but i pushed them and they got it from another dealer like 400 miles away.

I ordered a DS4 (with options) two weeks back and have been given the beginning of March for delivery. I really hope it's not much after because my little DS3 will be due a service, which I obviously don't want to pay for if I'm only going to have the car a week or so after!!

Latest update! Car finally arrived Friday 7 months from first order!I have loaded a few photos. Still debating as to whether its worth the hassle of putting my personal plate on it as shown. Waited all this time and comes wrong wheels (black not grey) as ordered and a scratch on drivers door just to really p*ss me off.Check out before and after delivery photos.
