Which Service do I need? 2013 THP 155

Hi all,

My car is due its 2 year service. Its a 2013 THP 155 and has done 14,000 miles. The first service was carried out at 6,500 miles.

The first dealer I called told me that it was now due a full service as it is 24 months old, and quoted me £330. (Included Spark Plugs etc)
The second dealer I called said that because my mileage was low I only need a simple service, the same as the normal 12 month and quoted £200 (Oil, Filter).

Can anyone shed any light on which one I actually need? The lease expires shortly so I want to ensure that I am doing the right thing!

The first one as this is what is required and listed as the scheduled work as per the manufacture.

Didn't realise Citroen servicing was so expensive!

Tell them to not too bother with the plugs as they shouldn't be due until year 4.

Brake fluid is also recommended every 2 years as well.

I tried that and they told me that it would void my warranty. I have received different information from every dealer that I have called, and also Citroen Contact Centre.

I don't understand why so many dealers have a problem figuring this out!

Additional operations are suggested by the system but should only be done if required. You will note your car does NOT have an Adblue tank but it is suggested as a possible job!



This is the recommended servicing schedule for your car, as you can see even under extreme conditions sparks should be done at 4 years unless they are failing.

Worth it though, just for the last 15-20 miles. Shame I was running on fumes by that point.

I would say you would be looking at around £250/300 mark for that service.
