    Hi Lee

My car is due for the same service in a few months time - 24 months.

What I can't understand is why you didn't get free servicing for 3 years as I did on your specification of car - which I think is the same as mine (DSportPlus 155THP) ?

I don't think you get the free servicing on leased vehicles unless you pay extra for maintenance, Bigfeet will be able to confirm though.

Bit of a minefield this is! Am i right in asking them to not do the plugs then? I am just worried that when I hand it back when the lease expires next month..

Perfect, can I assume that you're covering diesel as well and that Beefy's paying for the hotel ?

In my opinion you don't need to have the extra expense as it is not a required element of the service you are asking for.

I ended up paying £207 after advising the dealer what was needed! Car was picked up today by the lease company, the man said its one of the cleanest cars he's ever picked up. Not a mark anywhere!

I had my 2year old 2013 THP 155 serviced on Saturday - its only done 6000 miles and had the level 2 service (inc replaced spark plugs - was told that it had to be done as its part of the 2 year service even though with such low milage it probably wasn;t necessary) and brake fluid change - main Citroen dealer in Edinburgh charged me £346 for the priviledge - and to add insult to injury they washed her despite being specifically told not to!

Mines pretty much same age as you then Idgie
March 23rd is my 2 year registration date anniversary- though the cars a few month older

How come you didn't get the free 3 year service plan?
So long as I am under 35k miles (And that will take some work- wife's car ;-) I get free servicing every 12 months, or 20k miles
Every other year is the big one as you say- plugs, brake fluid, air filter etc etc

I would check that with the service dept.
I say this because i bought min a year old and decided to buy the 3 year service plan for 80 pound down and 15 pound a month.when i was getting my work van serviced a couple of weeks ago i asked when the service was due and they told me i still had 2 years servicing and breakdown left.Apparently this stays with the car unless the previous owner cancels it.So i cancelled the plan i took out and got my money back[emoji4] .
                                It might be worth checking.
