It was coming through the passenger side window seal through the vertical bit at the front. took it to the garage and they said they found a split in the seal so I am getting that replaced this friday

Worth asking the garage to have a look for you, even take the head mechanic out with you so he can see and hear it
Think i will do.. its only going to bug me if i dont get it checked out! Seems to be something there, but not sure where its coming from.

i've had a nosey at another DS3 and in the bottom left hand corner there is the markings for the window, mine are different but still with the Citroen logo!
Not sure might be worth getting it checked with the dealer.

Don't get paranoid! The condensation in the car when you got it is very probably the result of it having been standing unused for a while. It's winter - cars do mist up in cold weather! Mine tends to mist up on the driver's side first, so yours is not unusual.

As for the windscreen, if it's leaking you'll possibly see water running down from the leak; the carpets would also probably be wet. Don't worry about the markings on different cars not being the same; it's probably because they use more than one windscreen supplier.

Yeah I'm not too convinced anything wrong with the windscreen however there is defiantly a draft near the bottom of the drivers door if anyone else has experienced this?

Headlights are also full of condensation, surely this is not good?

Gunna get it booked in next week, see if they can find anything!

Deffo worth getting your DS3 checked over for peace of mind, re the headlight condensation this could be for similar reasons as DaveB mentioned above, if it's not been driven for a while the air inside the light units will be cold and damp (as it could be in the car). Now you're driving it you have heating on in the car and the lights get v hot both of which can create the condensation you're seeing

If both sets of condensation are caused by the cold air/car not being driven for a while it will clear the more you use the DS3. Re the lights have you checked that the round rubber caps are both secure on the back of the light units ? These are easily spotted when you open the bonnet.

Just push the seal towards the window (like tucking it in) and that normally stops the whistling for a while. I dont believe there is an actual fault that can be fixed by Citroen.

              This works for me
              Aka:
              Alex

              :ds3:

I'm going to ring and get it booked in tomorrow. I use it everyday, take it on long runs but it doesn't seem to be clearing it.. Ive checked the seals and they all look fine to me. I just know something doesn't feel right, but with it been a new car it's different from my Peugeot 206 so it's all new to me!

You need peace of mind so hopefully the dealer can fix anything that needs work and you'll be ok after that

Let us know how you get on.

When using an essay writing service, it's important to ensure that the company is reputable and reliable. It's a good idea to read reviews and feedback from other customers, and to check the credentials of the writers who will be working on your assignment. Additionally, it's important to communicate clearly with the service provider about your expectations and requirements for the assignment. Where to buy cheap essay?
