I assume that you have the adaptor for the security bolts, if the chrome covers aren't in the car I'd suggest a trip back to the dealer and ask him to put them on

If you have the inflater/repair kit in the boot, might be worth checking if its been used or not

Thank you... Back to my original question; do you have any idea what type of jack fits to DS3? Was hoping to save a few ££ if it a scissor type, as can get one for about the 1/3 of the price compared to OEM

Few of us have jacks, most have the emergency kit, BUT looking at the car handbook it looks like a standard scissor jack

I have 16" wheels on the ds3 "Ashera Red Diamond-Tipped Alloy Wheels" .It sounds like from some comments they come with 1 locking wheel nut on each wheel , I have what looks like a special nut for taking off the wheels but are these definitely locking nuts are is there some better ones on the market I can buy and fit so will make it harder for some idiot to knick them?

If the reactions of the mechanics @ the dealers is anything to go by, yes they are locking nuts (bolts). If the supplied "special socket" isn't available they can't get the wheels off.

But if you want to be doubly sure buy a set of McGard Locking Wheel Nuts from Halfords and put them on as well
