DS3 spec

Hi all How are we?
I am a newbie both to this site and to being a DS3 owner and am very glad I am one also. I have the D-style plus petrol.
However my research into the specs on these cars is shambolic hence why I need some info from someone if that's ok?
I realise there are higher specs than my model however does anyone know if my model came with electric folding mirrors as normal as mine are either not working
or I do not have the option? Also does anyone know how easy it would be to install a driver armrest? Have seen ones on ebay just need to know how hard/easy this will be to fit.

Mines a dstyle plus 13 plate and has foldy in ears as the other half calls them.

Mine also has the arm rest.

What age is yours Lee? as I think the folding mirrors only came in with the 2013 revisions. I think the Plus before then gave you auto lights/wipers and parking sensors.

Same on our 64 plate, also usb in under the arm rest and bluetooth which I believe was on option on earlier ones.

The fact you mentioned about having an arm rest fitted means that you do not have the Plus version of the car.

Other items to check would be 17" alloys and park sensors.

Thanks guys but this is weird as the V5 states it is the Dstyle+ so I am confused unless Soran is right and the folding mirrors came in before Sept 2012? Can I ask whoever has the folding mirrors what do you have inside your car to fold them without using the key fob? Also where is the switch/button located? Just so I can make sure I do not have them? Not the end of the world just need to rule out a possible issue with them. Thanks guys

The button for folding mirrors is the mirror selector for which mirror to electrically adjust, put it in the middle and pull it backwards.

I think there may be a few cars out there that have been incorrectly labelled. Kat's is also listed as the DStyle Plus but she doesn't have any of the plus options as far as I can tell.

You miss understand me, you will ONLY have folding mirrors if you have park sensors and armrest. The three items come hand in hand from the factory as a pack and not single options. It has been this way since launch of the car.

That would be the City pack yes.

Find that easy to believe as Technos were a complete cluster f**K by Citroen, they all had different specs on. Some had sensors only, some had armests only and I guess a few were fitted with electric folding mirrors by mistake. One or two even had the wrong sticker packs on....

The point I was making was that in the normal course of things you can only get electric folding mirror (head off the smart arses!) along with the parking sensors as the City Park Pack. They are not a single option.
