window wind deflectors for a cabriolet !!!

hi, just bought some wind deflectors for my cabriolet, but the seller has just refunded my money and told mke the ds3 ones he sells arnt listed to fit a ds3 cab model!!!...
the seller was micks garage on ebay,
has anyone who has a cab got wind deflectors, and if so where from?
also, i would have thought that the door frames are the same on every version of the ds3!!, am i right?

The door frames are exactly the same. I would find it very illogical if they were different.

Don't be, happens all the time. The reseller refunded because they do not want to send something out that is not listed for your car and possibly have you send it back because it doesn't fit. The reseller is actually just trying to look out for you and himself by following what the manufactures says. It is not an unusual situation for manufactures to make a product for one car and then not list later car models or years that are physically the same as compatible with the product. Usually takes someone to make them aware that these car models exist and are the same then the manufacture will go back and check to see if it does fit and then list it as compatible.

The part numbers are the same for both Hardtop and Cabrio.

If they are cheaper than the original Citroen one's that is exactly what I would do.

Hi Guys,
well i am going to be the ds3 cabriolet guinea pig..... as i reordered them at my risk!!..
so i will update once i have them and let you lot know if they do fit!!..
i am confident they are going to,
otherwise i will be flogging them for a few quid less..
