Cheers for the useful info. Like I mentioned, I've never had a diesel car before so the info you have provided golden! In regards to the order form comment, could you elaborate slightly as I didn't quite get what you meant? I've only ever bought privately before so buying from a dealer is new territory for me also!

What Bigfeet means is; if you do find any faults with the car you look to buy from the dealership, ensure that they have on the order form any of the work they intend on fixing before you collect the car.

That way, you have written confirmation from the dealership that they've agreed to do the work. If you simply take their word for it, there's a chance they may not honour any past conversations

Nope - engine loves a remap!
Citroen sell cars with a generic map to suit all climates and markets. A remap is specific to your individual engine to get the best out of it.

Cheers for the replies yet again guys. Providing me with excellent info. I have one last query though before my pick up on Saturday. I did a HPI check on the car, as you do. And there has been a plate change. But it's an odd one. It's as follows:

As you can see, the plate it changed to is, well, not a registered UK number plate, as far as I'm aware. Does anyone have any ideas of what it could be?
