How long do you intend to own a DS3... and how long, is too long?

When I bought my last car I planned to keep it at least 3-4 years however after only 18 months it had to go! I intend to keep the DS3 the 3 years duration of its finance and the only reason why I think I'd change it after that is because I'll probably want a 5 door car. Changing cars too often is a money pit!

I always intend to keep my cars for at least 5 years but always see something newer and want it. But I think the ds3 will be different as I always make an excuse to drive it (not good for my figure lol) and after re taxing it this month and only having to pay the grand sum of £0 and halving my fuel bill I think it's a keeper.

I think we may keep ours awhile my wife Anj had her Meriva {Mummy car} for 12 years and fell in love with the DS3 and I fell in love with hers after driving it and sold my 4 year old Fiat 500 to buy my own

Think I'd probably get another in a couple of years, talking to a receptionist who works for vertu (dealer) and she upgraded from diesel to petrol soft top and loves it , her one year lease is up soon and she's trying o get it extended by another year.

Had mine 2years. Now in May was going to keep it for around 4years but will probably change it next year now. For either another ds3. Or Possibly a ds5. .which I nearly brought last week because of a fantastic dealer offer

Got mine for another 2 years. I don't know if I'll replace it with another DS3 or not yet, it'll depend on if I can get a good deal on another through work. I'm eyeing up a Focus RS if I can!

I have had mine 2 years so far and hope to keep it for another 3, but I get itchy feet when I see a car I like though so the DS3 could go at any time to be honest.

                  Good question.
Mine is 4.5 years old and 80,000 miles plus.

On the good side it is ultra reliable, zero road tax, 58mpg and all paid for.
On the other side - I can't help longing to try something else.

Logic will prevail for now so it stays!!!!!

I'm intending to keep mine for 5 years so I've cleared all the loan repayments (will have done that in two years time) and can enjoy the fun low cost motoring with great mpg and free road tax !
