Roof - Black Stripes

Hi - got a problem with my roof. The original owner specified the car well, however included roof stripes which now aren't in the best condition as you can see from the pictures below. The black paint also has no lacquer coating and is badly oxidised. What do you think - options ?

Down to your local vinyl place, get them traced, old ones took off and new ones put on

Looks like the residue from the stickers/stripes hasn't been cleaned off...

Just looks like glue residue from old vinyl. I'd try using a glue and tar remover, followed by claying to get rid of them first.
