Not over stressed by fitting then, keep at least one so that it can be independently tested, and insist on the remainder of the bolts being replaced (preferably with High tensile steel ones)Comment

Actually You should get onto the supplier ASAP and tell them what happened, because if they do have a batch of faulty bolts they need to get it sorted very quick before someone else who has had parts from them meets a similar fate...............or worse.Comment
