Damaged alloy! Hate buses! Diamond cut repair Essex...

Morning guys

One very unhappy member a bus decided to pull out on me even though it was my right off way!

Results are one munched up alloy

Anyone know of repair costs or how to do myself.... Or any member in my area willing to help.....

Gutted to say the least



and god knows why its put a smiley face in the title should be a angry one

I know a guy in Swanley who quoted me £65+VAT to do mine and it's worse than that one.

Not done it yet but seen their work on facebook and it's impressive.

i had a go at the driver sayin have you any idea what these alloys cost etc all he could say was sorry etc i should off taken details but was so peevd at the time

Contact the bus company and give them the time, date & location and the circumstances and I'm sure they will be able to determine which bus/driver it was. I assume you damaged your wheel when you had to took evasive action from the bus drivers manoeuvre. Most modern buses have cctv on the bus which sometimes shows the view from the front and sides of the bus. If you do manage to find out which bus speak to the depots manager etc.

Oh you could also try going back to the location tomorrow around the same time to see if the same driver is working the same route again.
