is the my way sat nav system worth speccing ???

Hi guys just wondering if the factory sat nav system is worth speccing or is it a pike of shit?

Depends how much you like the pretty screen. I'm glad I got my eMyWay but it's definitely a personal choice as to whether you think it's worth the money.

The interface is not very intuitive but once you understand what it can & can't do, it's easy enough to use.

Best thing to do would be to have a play with it in the showroom and see whether it's for you.

The brightness is adjustable... On the lowest setting the AC display is brighter.

The myway is a capable system and 2 of it's biggest issues(full post code and bluetooth streaming)have been addressed with the newer E-MyWay. Would it come with a touch screen? Citroen was working towards that but don't remember when it would come out. A stand alone GPS unit is undoubtedly more powerful, faster, with better graphics and cheaper. The my way provides a nicely integrated screen that does not have to be taken out every time you get park the car. I believe it also does not add any value to the car when the time comes to get rid of it. So with a stand alone you just put it in the next car and your set verses loosing the money and paying for another system on the next car with the Citroen one.

Me I have it and am happy with it. As I said think it is OK as nav's go, but it being integrated is what sold me.
