this light stays on for around 15- 20 seconds just after the engine is started and then goes off.
it looks likes a baby seat
is this normal?

Yep, totally normal, they all do this. It is to let you know that the passenger airbag is active.

OH My GOD!!! That light is super serious as it means your car is being tracked by aliens, unless you want an anal probe put where only your doctor and customs dare to travel then phone your dealer like yesterday!!!
