Model year 2016 questions

Hi everybody.

I've just ordered my Wife a new 1.2 puretech Cabrio DStyle in Polar white with the new emerald contrast pack ...a new option on the MY 2016. It's her second DS£ having owned an Orla Keily model for the last four years. I have a couple of queries firstly regarding the Xenon lighting pack, which at the moment I haven't ordered but am now wondering wether to add or not. I'm looking for opinions on performance rather than cosmetics (I already think they look better). Is there much of an improvement over the standard ?. Also the new model comes with a 7 inch touchscreen (non Nav). I think it includes DAB radio, just wondered I'd be able to run Google maps/nav through it.

The xenon lights are a massive difference. They really do light up!!!

The Xenon lights are always going to offer an improvement over the standard lights, I would suggest though that have a look at just going for the DSport model because the option is expensive and you might be better off going for the next model up.

In answer to the second question, maybe.

You should be able to connect your mobile like a router to the system to access the internet. To be honest with you just go with a phone holder or portable unit or again spec up to the next model.

Thanks both for your help, I have now upgraded the order to DStyle Nav with the Xenons added. Bigfeet, you may be able to help...with the Emerald contrast pack, does it come with standard coloured dash or with the shiny black ? I notice someone else on here has an Emerald hardtop with green dash, but it doesn't appear to be an option on the configurator (only carbon) . Also with the LED/Xenon lighting pack option, are automatic headlights part of the package ?

I've had confirmation from dealer that it comes as standard with Black dash. Not seen Emerald as an option anywhere. Re the headlights, they tell me that auto lights and wipers are standard on DStyle Nav , which isn't quite how it reads on Bigfeets MY 15.5 document that was posted. Thanks.

Not the colour coded dashboard Dave, only the roof/mirrors. I've already ordered the Emerald contrast pack Cabrio for my Wife, but it comes with shiny black dash (or carbon option). On the Cab configurator , the emerald roof colour doesn't come up in the 'roof section' , it appears seperatly under 'options'
