I think 12500 is the scheduled AdBlue replacement mileage. Usage varies though.

We sell it at work, so you can probably get it at most big petrol stations. Think it is around £20 for 10 litres.

You should have had am ADblue service by now as the mileage for top ups is 12,500 miles.

got it all sorted at the service.

Biggie I was never told to take it in for the ADBlue, hence why I didn't.
                anyway sorted now

No and was told that the service was every 12500 miles, which is not correct as its every 16000 miles on the blue engine.

Is Adblu consumed differently in cars, trucks have been using this since 2008ish and the fill up depends on the amount of fuel used! If you have a truckstop near you, get it from there, much cheaper!

Ive never had a light come on for Ad Blue, just a blocked DPF.

My first guess would be it is a sensor problem, and after a 20 mile drive if it doesn't go off I would check I hadn't over or under filled.
Would then disconnect the car battery for 5 minutes or so, and see if that acts as a reset

I would then use the Torque pro app on my phone to check for faults- OBD2 connector plugged into the diagnostics port left of glove box panel

Then I would consider getting a dealer to look at it, if none of this solved

My Citroen dealer wants £130 for the first hour of fault finding, so would probably go to an independent
Think even RAC said they would only charge £60 for a diagnosis.
