To be honest I owed excess mileage anyway, I came to an agreement I would only pay £85 towards the cost of "Damage" I decided it wasn't worth the 300 phone calls a day for the next year so just paid it. Not the morally correct thing to do I know ... I wont be entering into another agreement with PSA finance again if this is the sharks they use as a hand back agent. I just hope BMW arent as bad

Isn't RMS Recievables a debt management company?

My understanding was that Manheim was the collection agent for Citroen.

RMS are detailed as the people on my agreement, too... [emoji53]

I've had a nightmare with Citroen's incapable admin people over the past month. It has taken several phone calls involving me chasing them about adjusting my mileage and it does put me off doing repeat business, unfortunately.
