Sorry to say that I've got rid of my DS3.
Lovely looking car, but problem after problem, none of which can be resolved.
The temperature warning light comes on for no apparent reason when I drive down a particular hill. No amount of mechanic attention has resolved it - they are just bemused. Thing is it's really dangerous. The car starts to shut down when the light is on.
Next problem - the exhaust pipe has come away from the underside of the car. The brackets have rusted & fallen off. It's only 4 years old. When I took it to the garage they couldn't believe the design Effectively the whole system would have to be replace at a cost of £600 for the sake of a bracket failing. To add insult to injury, because of the "newness" of the car, this is only available direct from Citroen, not at Kwik Fit or similar.
Really disappointed and glad it's gone to a dealer that might be able to resolve the issues.
