DS3 Touch screen Demo

Hi guys,

Finally had one of the new DS3's arrive fitted with the touch screen so I decided to make a quick video showing off some of the features, apologies for the shaky hands!

Looks nice! If this were available back in the day, I might have gone for the bigger screen.

I have this in my 165, albeit the non-nav version, and its great. There's only one thing that I wish it had, the option to change the general background hue. Don't dislike the purple at all, just would have been nice though if there were a couple of options. Like my roof colour haha

Same here, especially navigating a largish music collection. Anyone have any idea how easy [and expensive] this will be to retro fit into a DS3 with the monochrome c screen [already have bluetooth etc]. Also is there a non-GPS touchscreen option available?

Want! Sat nav takes no time to use, much better!

Just do what I'm doing and install a Nexus 7 in the dash keeping the standard stereo as is.

Its a tenth of the cost of a myway unit.

There's no way to change it that I've figured out yet. It does have mirror link though, so not quite installing a nexus, but you can mirror the Android on the touchscreen. Need an old android to get it to work though which kinda defeats it's purpose.

How's the fit & what're you using to connect it to the standard audio, I'm assuming aux?

Firmware updates mat sort much of this out, changed a fair amount when I flashed my Myway to the latest firmware and updated the maps.
