You really don't want it to re-lock after a door's been open etc. A friend had a car which did this (can't remember make/ model) but he locked his keys in it at least five times.
Now, if a DS3 would re-lock irrespective of whether doors have been opened or not once the fob is X distance away that would be great - a bit like the option on some of the Renaults.
The only thing I miss from my Astra is the the ability to lower the electric windows with the key fob, on hot days I could do that as I walked across the car park to it and the intense heat would be gone by the time I opened the door....
I have a similar problem with the stop start system. When I stop and take my foot off the engine stops, but when I depress the clutch pedal, it doesn't select first gear and drive off. Then when I get home and stop, the engine switches off but when I take my seat belt off it starts up. Surely it should switch off, hand me the key, lock itself when I get out and turn the oven on?
