Is anyone else a member of the Shell Drivers Club? I'm just interested to know if anyone else has problems getting bonus points added to their account. Twice I have qualified for points and both times I've had to contact Shell to get them added. It's not so much about the few quid you get back and I like the V-Power fuel (or my car appears to) but I don't like it when organisations make offers and then don't honour them. Is it me or are their promotions just BS to get you to buy more?

I have a Shell card and use V-Power but tbh I don't really pay much attention to the bonus points. I usually just wait until the fuel vouchers come through the post and spend them on my next fill up.

The last 'bonus points' thing I remember them doing was fill up as close to £30 / £40 etc and that's no good for me as I always fill up to the top when I get fuel.

I've never had problems with my card. I don't do much mileage so I only usually get about £4 each time the rewards come through.
I don't seek out Shell garages; there's just one a mile down the road from my house so it's convenient for me.
