  • Which DS3 to get ?

Had heart set on THP150 but after driving 90 Horsepower deisel and being mightily impressed am now seriously considering the HDI sport , can someone convince me otherwise please

    .. . . must resist .. . the . . .urge. . . .so . . .. say . .. ORLA KIELY . . .

I was SO torn with what to get I was considering the diesel, but having never owned one and not being able to tets drive one I went with the 120. If it was my money and I had the cash, I would have got the 150THP.

I do 50 miles a day, so I probably should have gone diesel, but I didn't want to to commit to something I would drive thing - I wish I'd got the petrol. Saying that I am considering Part Ex mine for a 150.

Apparantly the DS3R is better mgg and less road tax than the THP.

Have you picked colours?! Thats a tough one too!

Well If You Can Afford The Extra Fuel Costs Mate I'd Deffo Go For The THP...

If Not Then The 110 For Sure...

I've Got the Diesel And I Was Heartbroken After I Had A Go In A THP The Other Day =(

I love my diesel and it's no slouch. Agree with Jimbob, the leather seats are a must.

Get the oil burner. I was amazed when I got my 70BHP C3 how much grunt it's got around 1500 rpm, just where you need it for overtaking and putting (a metaphorical, of course!) two fingers up to the coathanger brigade in their beemers.

I've surprised many a sales rep when I have kept up with them at the lights and along the slip road. I can only assume the 110BHP i'm getting with my Dsport (when I get it) will accelerate like sh*t off a shovel.

This is why I have such regret for my car, I test drove the THP, and I was smitten.

So what ever you decide, if its not the THP, don't ever drive one.

What's the big deal about leather seats!! The only point of them is they can be heated on cold weather but as we all know that's not allowed in the UK so save yourself some cash and shove the leather seats. The other seats are just as comfy, in fact they are more so!
Dsport 150 THP 1.6 Belle lle Blue / White - silver alloys - NO leather seats!

I currently drive a C2 VTS but I don't thrash the engine on it though I do have fun with it occasionally . After driving the diesel recently though I realised how much they've come on in recent years . I guess the deciding factor would be MPG , is there really that much difference in driving the diesel version

You will not be dissapointed by the 110 HDi, its much better than the THP for day to day driving, yes the THP sounds nicer and not like a tractor but 110 is better all round

Gotta agree with the oil burner. DON't get leather seats unless you like the old worn sofa look after a couple of years. My 110 has returned 56 miles to the gallon over 6000 miles on varied driving town and motorway. With a light foot on a run you can get over 70 so do your sums.
Oh I'll also be a little contraversial and say if you don't need the space get an Audi A1!!!
