THP cough and splutter

Two things happened today.

My THP Techno went past 6000 miles.

It coughed and spluttered badly when accelerating, not once but twice. Both times at about 2500 rpm, hesitated and then ran normally.

I'll put it down to running on Tesco Momentum instead of the usual Shell V-Power Nitro Plus - for now...

Long journey tomorrow, hopefully uneventful.

I'd get it in to dealers to get them to have a look pronto
It won't just be fuel type, trust me.

Ed: you could also download torque pro and have a look at the ECU fault log via an obd2 adapter plugged into the glovebox port

It had the fuel filter replaced yesterday. Dealer found no other issues. I did about 250 miles on Monday with no other "episodes" and we're back on Shell.
