Not really, dyno Queens bang on about power oh and drift kids. The circuit drivers I've spoke to all talk about torque for exiting turns.

Far be it from me to argue with Mr Shelby, but it would be the respective power and torque curves that determine who would win races, peak power or peak torque are meaningless if they aren't delivered in a way that can be used to best advantage.

Still pretty confident that something like an RX8, with more power yet less torque than a THP, will still outrun the DS3.
