Its a bstard thats for sure....personally I would take it to a detailer and ask their opinion.
I know from experience with my works VW transporter van...scratched the hell out of it trying to remove some.

Hey Mick, Had a little look on google for you and it seems a mixture of Vinegar and Water works perfectly. Apparently Vinegar breaks down the cement.

Here is a link to the instructions:

And here's a video from youtube of a guy showing it works:

Try it on a very small area first - better safe than sorry - and don't rub at the cement or you'll scratch the paint to hell.

Hope you get it sorted OK.

Jesus bloody ouch! That's well cack, although after watching that vid of the bloke removing it with vinegar, looks like it shouldn't be that big an issue. Good luck though fella.

I'd say go to your local chemist, get some powdered citric acid, mix it as per instruction and spray it on, have some very hot water in a spray to spray the residue off after a few minutes.

So in another words, don't physically touch the paintwork, just spray and rinse etc etc

I wouldn't recommend anything that guy is doing in that video, you can hear the crunch of the particles against his paintwork ouch!
