HELP! weird tapping/ rattling noise

Hi guys! I'm hoping one of you has had something similar and cured it as im tearing my hair out with it!! My ds3 1.6 vti has developed a weird indescribable noise which happens when decelerating and accelerating, mainly 1st 2nd and slightly 3rd gear. And only does it when the clutch is engaged (not pressed) apart from sometimes the noise will continue when you're in 1st gear coming to a stop with the clutch pressed down. The car is on 69,000 miles and I service it way more than need be.

This was on the forum under Technical which started in August of this year, not sure what the final outcome was. There was a recording posted of the clicking sound.
