Less chrome via a mega quick shop at work. All black or all white

Sorry WTF, the black looks awful.

If one was a fan of rice, it might be pleasing but it just looks like a Lexus grill - which is awful. The body colour is much nicer.

On another note, I think people are forgetting that the current DS3 has very similar headlights, compared with the originals we love.

I also don't see the comparison with a 208. Apart from mechanically, they are totally different designs.

In pictures it seems to have too much chrome, but I wonder what it looks like in the metal.

I guess it's possible - current 208s are getting the "new" SMEG units with CarPlay - the change occurred sometime in late November. Originally the new 208 only came with MirrorLink, but there seems to be new hardware that has CarPlay on it.

It's worth noting it's not just a software update - it appears to require a new headunit altogether.

I've seen a thread on here somewhere about someone having had theirs updated to use CarPlay, so must be possible. Seen it in the last week or so.

It's worth noting it's not just a software update - it appears to require a new headunit altogether.

Someone on here has just had a software update to enable CarPlay on the existing 7inch touchscreen. Sorry, can't remember the username (which is pretty bad because I asked quite a few questions in the thread).

I think the white photoshopped grille looks too small and a lot like a Parrot Fish, but the black makes it look like a Bocanegra. The Performance edition looks like it has a brushed metal effect which isn't too bad.

I still like the look of the Performance model but not the others I'm really trying to like them but I'm just not feeling it at the moment. I did prefer the black look grille surround that Joni mocked up though - not a big fan of masses of chrome so I think Joni should join the design dept

At this time though the revised THP engine in the Performance model would still hold some fears for me and I'll be looking elsewhere for my next car
