New DS3 launch! 19th January 2016

Just in passing we popped into our local Citroen dealer yesterday to have a look at a new DS3. The new grille doesn't look as much of an afterthought in real life as it does in photos, but on the whole I'd say it's neither better nor worse, just different. There's certainly nothing about the facelift model that shouts "buy me".

I think the interior also feels as though it's been left too far behind now. I sat it one and it's the first time I've seen that blanked-off area where the radio used to be. Very very poor design.

I quite liked the new look with the screen and little chubby hole , I've always thought the look of the radio lets it down , very bland.

6 months-ish on - what are the general thoughts from those who weren't so sure at the start of the year?

I'm liking the look definitely thinking of maybe getting another. How are the 1.2 engines ? Not that I'd drop down engine size.

I have yet to see one on the road, I saw one in the showroom though. they look a bit better but still not enough to tempt me to upgrade.

I only like the Performance models in the new style, happy they bought the wheel arch extensions back from the Racing. As a lot of people have said, the shark grey really suits the new front, and I usually hate grey cars!

I hope so, then it'll be much cheaper to buy the parts if (hopefully when) they release it as an accessory for general sale!

Now that more and more are coming into the club, I can't wait to see what wraps, dips, and resprays people start doing with the new front style
