Anyone got an views on this at all is the led kit alot less hassle to fit than the hid kit any help would be greatful thanks up to now I was certain to get a hid kit but this led bulb seems better

Don't think they're legal due to the light intensity dispersed. The reflectors in headlights are designed around the position of the lamp filament to focus the light output properly. Which is why the crappy aftermarket HIDs that chavs fit to their Corsa's dazzle oncoming drivers - so you can imagine how bright LED headlights would be and how many drivers you would dazzle. Plus you'll have an unfriendly encounter with PC Plodd.

I didn't notice a massive difference in beam pattern from my LED's. They are side firing, and there is a light block on our headlights anyhow the the front of the bulb goes into...so the reflectors work pretty darn good as is.
We have to drive with lights on all year round (I have my DRL's on too) and not been stopped yet.
