Date & Time resetting on 7 inch screen

Hi, I've had this happen a couple of times to my 65 plate to where it just forgets the date and time set, but also more worrying is the last few days I've noticed the screen being very sluggish to start up. The DS screen will display for about 5 seconds, then it flashes and the DS screen comes back again before finally showing the normal media screen. It normally kickdown straight into the media screen without hesitation. Hoping there is a new update that will sort this. Trip to the dealers I think!

Sounds exactly the same problem as mine but its not been sluggish but yes im hoping the is sn update as well!
