Anyone know where I can get a carbon grill for ds3 r

Direct from Citröen which will cost you a fair amount.

They where only on the white Racing so which are much rarer. Chances of finding one on ebay etc will be small.

Is a wrap too fat off what you wanted?

I don't think I've ever noticed the carbon grill before, will look on Google....

Ok quick check, are we talking about the carbon chevrons ? If so, I'd get plasti-kote on the OEM chevrons to get close to the effect

Wrap or hydro dip will get a closer effect.

Problem with hydrodip, is after 18 months it starts deteriorating, coming away, especially at front of car

OK for a while tho. Wrapping better, but not fool proof either

I'd probably say that depends on the quality of the work. I'm sure Jamie said the carbon dash effect is hydro dip and I've never had issues with either of mine. Granted that's interior so takes less abuse.

If your hydro dip is pealing away then it's down to bad adhesion, surfaces not prepped and treated properly prior to dip and clear coats.

Best method is to laminate carbon on the grill, but it's also the most expensive method.

Maybe should have emphasised I was referring to dipping wheels, which on mine started detiorating after 18 month. Specially the fronts

That's a shame Chris, yours looked really good when you first had them done.
