    http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/1...chapter/E/made

    Says otherwise:

    32.10, item 2.

So long as you're allowing 70% of light through, then you'll be fine.

Bloody A pillars are massive enough, Block a lot of the road that is kind of important to see especially when on a twisty track ugh. They are annoying as F and you want to make it worse?
Your car, just don't drive around me, Deal?

I once put a sticker on my rear view mirror. That was fun, no one uses that mirror anyway unless you're checking out whoever is behind you.

I'd imagine a vinyl that doesn't cover the glass fully would be fine as this doesn't block light or vision to the same extreme as a full sticker might.

Something like this in an etched-glass type vinyl might look good:

I use the rear view mirror a lot, especially on motorways and when overtaking before checking the door mirrors.

That sounds like as good an idea as when I covered the speedo on my 1.1 punto with a sticker that just said BELIEVE!

There have been times, coming up to a large roundabout for example, when a car has been completely hidden from view in the A pillar. Covering up the window would just be plain dangerous IMHO.

Agreed... forward visibility isn't great as it is, due to the angle and thickness of the pillars. I find the quarter lights really useful sometimes; really depends on where another vehicle or pedestrian is in relation to you. I wouldn't be covering it. It's certainly not useless.

One-way vinyl looks like this...from one side you see the graphic and from the other you see nothing but what's on the other side of the glass.

Don't blame us, you didn't make that clear in your original post [emoji6] you even said the quarter light had "no use", ha!
