Having used the same dealership for the last 3 years, I went elsewhere today for a 60,000 mile service, partly down to convenience and partly down to below-average experiences on my last few visits to the usual dealership. I have to say it's incredible the difference you get between Citroen dealers.
Today was probably the best experience I've had, much more in line with the sort of service I used to get from my Toyota garage with my previous car, and in some respects even better.
Thorough from start to finish, kept up to date on the phone during the day, and detailed paperwork at the end of the day. This is what I'd expected from when I bought the car, yet never received from my 'usual' dealer.
If I do go for another DS, I wouldn't hesitate to go to the 'new' place. Shows that it's worth searching around for a good dealer if you don't have a great experience from one.
