I do like the car - don't get me wrong. Its good combination re the paint option, and new for this car.

BUT

What I don't understand is why we have another makeup tie in. It's almost bordering on Sexism. A car a girl can store her makeup in and check before driving? Special lighting for make up application - Please....

The makeup thing was done for the DS3 with the Benefit ones based on lipstick colour and mascara...... *edit* and that was ok, the colours and trim options made for some cool DS3's.

Fine, do a tie in with an established brand - something French. But what about something that appeals to everyone? Jean Paul Gaultier - he has a quirky sense of style that isn't just makeup. Louis Vuitton.

I know there was a Yves Saint Laurent DS3 - but that was just a roof sticker?



Make it unique, make it ooze class and designer sophistication - the car comes from France, Paris one of the most fashionable places on Earth .... But a car you can apply your makeup in?!?

A bespoke Givenchy Le MakeUp kit is stored in a special compartment in the driver’s armrest inside the car

Rather than spend money and time on somewhere to put make up, how about something owners have been crying out for..... for at least 5 years... A simple cup holder.

Could call the special edition the DS3 Cup, Even sounds sporty

The release the retro fit cup holder as a accessory.

This is my whole point about wasting money (in addition to the waste of money buying one of these cars) Fantastic use of resource and budget to design and fabricate somewhere to put a bloody lipstick but they can't be arsed figuring out somewhere to put a drink.
