    Fair enough! I`m not sure if anyone has started a nutritional thread on this forum yet.....could open up a can of worms! (I mean beans!)

      I thought someone did way back, unless it was a different forum Along the line of a personal trainer offering to help with diet and fitness, it shocked me so much I dropped my triple decker cheese burger

          Anyway....got a busy day tomorrow and got to record that exhaust note too sometime. Oh and dream about Spicy Bean Burgers with Onion Rings and Fries and hold on the Salad!

            One of the nannies at worked wanted some diet and fitness advice, i spoke to her for 20 minutes on it, a program that is achievable and sustainable, she loved it then walked off and smashed three croissants in the kitchen.
