Anyone any idea how to remove this stubborn sticker on the inside of the window. Its very distracting and unsightly .

Carefully use a razor blade or stanley knife blade and cut away the sticker by keeping the blade on the surface of the glass

Then wipe over with adheside remover solution

[Bigfeet]

Go and grab a hairdryer and heat the sticker for a minute or so, this will loosen the glue and it will peel off in one go with little to no residue.

Good. Sometimes stickers are so old and brittle, razoring is the only way.

Razor also sorts old dried paint, paint overspray and for the aquarists like me, algae on glass
