Rev and speedo Dial LEDs issue

The white LED for the rev counter speedo needle has gone out, it comes on sometimes for a few minuets then goes back off again.

My question is where can i get a white LED the same as what is fitted if i decided to change it myself ???? of if i have to change the whole binnacle dial set will my car see the millage the donor dials have or is the cars mileage held in the main ECU and i will continue
to see my own millage ???

I only ask as my old car a BMW 318is had a dial issue, i changed the whole dials and then the car showed the millage the dials were from and not my car.

Or last resort anyone know of anyone who can repair my dial ???

Is your DS3 out of warranty Tez ? If not, get it back to Citroen

No, 2010 so no longer in warentee, been quoted £329 to repair, cheaper to replace the whole binicle from Ebay for £90 !

Wow- thats a lot. If it goes on and off, might just be a loose connection

More than likely a dry joint on that single SMD LED, i’v had a look at its a right pain to re-solder without causing more damage, the LED is only 2mm square ! so need a very steady hand, fine tip iron and magnifier !
