  • New to all of this!

    Hi!

    I'm the proud new owner of a DS3 e-HDI as of collection on Thursday! Could not be more excited!

    Just a quick question, I have a Drive Plus "black box" style monitor in my current car, plugged into the ECU like a USB. Popped it in myself
    when I received it, I'll need to move this into my new DS.

    Had a scout online and cant seem to find where the location of the ECU on the new car is?? Am I being really thick and is it in the manual??

    Sorry I'm clueless :confused::confused:

    Just worried as its with my insurance and I don't want to invalidate that by not plugging it in!

    Thanks guys!

    Welcome to the club

    If you mean the OBD connection, it's in the glovebox, behind the panel next to the fuses.

                If the OBD reader is chunky, you're going to have a bad time fitting it and closing the glove box lid though. You'll need a right angle adapter like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00U2DY9...9MP0BKVEPPRHB6

                    Thanks!

                    After a bit of fiddling, I found it! But your right it doesn't fit!
                    Just double checking, that link is for a male to female lead, is that right??

                      Unclip the obd plug and push it back into the hole then have enough room for your plug without spending anything.

                        Cyclone is correct there....I did that for my Bluetooth adapter and now the glovebox will shut!
