I had a new 1.6 Diesel (Elegance) delivered on Friday. It's a very nice car but I was shocked at some of the poor finishing under the glove box and the glove box cover doesn't line up properly over the fuse box cover.

Blimey, is it brand new? If so, I'd get it back to the dealers to get that sorted. I've got a 3 year old e-HDi and mine doesn't look like that. Even if it isn't brand new, get it back to where you got it from to tidy that up. Defo not the norm.

Check the wheel arch lining is secure and in place too

Nah, too busy driving it, that's why I leased a new car. Good econonomy so far on a brand new engine though.

Mine was like that. Brought it up immediately whilst I was still at the dealer, he said they "all look like that" (and to be fair, the ones in the showroom did too) and he offered to put black electrical tape along it (!)
