This is what I am hoping for it's going to be well looked after to the full, its the best i can offer, hopefully it will look after me in return.

I'll just keep hammering it within my 12 month warranty and if things fall off they get fixed and then after i can start putting preventative measures in place If any.

          Update: On power issues.

Been in the servicing department all day they have compression tested the cylinders and they reckon they are all firing at 155psi and there is no issue with the valves (they reckon). They have changed all the spark plugs and they have put a fuel system cleaner through which they would usually charge for
its not a warranty thing at all.. And they reckon they have found it more responsive and they did mention the old plugs really needed replacing. Im yet to pick it up and drive it but i so hope its right. Be interested on Jamie's feedback, they sent the diagnostics to France along with the Dyno results and they reckoned it wasn't
actually that bad for a 155 being 144. But i did say that comparing it to another DS it was.

Anyway i will drive it and let you know how it feels. On the back of this ill probably take it and get it Dyno'd again before taking it down to Jamie, again awaiting thoughts.

144 seems pretty low for a 155, I think my 150 was closer to 160 when Jamie put it on the rolling road before the remap, and that was with stock everything.

Think it might have been yours he compared against, if so it was 163.2

It's 20PS down on a good healthy car.
                  Here's a dyno graph from today, 155THP, 12 plate car, 29k miles.
Car had walnut blast today, followed by stage 1 remap for VPower
Car made 164PS stock, 196PS with stage 1.
Sorry this graph only shows stage 1 tune,
I can send you the stock run for the Citroen dealer to digest and then still try and tell you 144 is not bad for a 155THP.
                  White on red THP
Miltek exhaust with HKS highflow cat, Forge intercooler, hard pipe kit, induction kit, oil catch tank, , VAG BOV, Stage 3 SPT remap 217 BHP

Having taken the car out and driven it, it does feel better and more responsive and smoother through the range. Enough for me to take it for another rolling road locally and see before i come down to you again Jamie.

Took it out for probably the first proper spirited drive i've managed to get since the work was done, through the beautiful yorkshire dales.... and oh my what an engine to behold (when it works) definite improvement, just have to see what the Dyno says now. But wow i really was amazed how quick it really is on the right roads. Massively let down by the very crap tyres citroen put on before it left which are Prestivo PS-V1 they are shockingly bad. Be getting a set of Avon ZZ5's on in the new year, they really are lethal these tyres, i've never seen the ESP light flash so much in one drive in a DS.

Have to agree Chris - sounds like an element of fobbing off to me. I can only go by the eHDi's I owned but both had more than the advertised bhp after three years....
