Engine fault after Temperature sensor changed

Hi all,

I've read lots of posts about faulty Temperature sensors, mine was changed today under a recall but I still have an engine fault that Citroen didn't spot!

Has anyone experienced this?

Also could running the car with a faulty sensor cause damage else where?

The sensor fault caused poor starting - i.e. weak fuel mixture so could this cause damage?

Could they have not cleared the fault code?

Is the car running ok since it was changed? I had faulty one on mine, and you won't be running anywhere fast it it was still cause for concern.
