Rear side window

While washing the wife's 16 plate ds over the weekend I noticed several white circles under the glass on the drivers side rear passenger window,
After a trip to the dealership and them sending photos off to Citroen uk they came back and said its not sealed correctly and is going to require a new rear window,
Has anyone else had this issue?

I had burn marks I think Biggy called them on my front window - but a stone chip meant I replaced it myself!

I initially misread that as 'bum marks'... which are a whole other issue!
