Thanks but I'm so confused! Looks like they're for a diesel?? Will they be find on a petrol Dsport Plus too?? At this point I'm tempted just to go with the dealer, I didn't think it would be this hard to find out which parts would fit my car!!

I got a set of discs and pads on ebay for 30 quid new
The guy bought them for his ds3 and sold it before fitting.
They were pagid discs and pads .
Very easy to fit 20 mins a side .
Most of that time was smacking the old discs to loosen them off the hub lol.

As BenS said brakes for the DS3's are the same aside from the Racing model. Finding brake pads is not hard at all, you're reading into things too much lol. The quote you got from the dealership is daylight robbery!

283 for the THP150 + updates and more powerful diesels.

Aren't the calipers and pads the same on the 266 and 283s though? They look identical when side by side with a DSport.

Actually, logic tells me a bigger disc will have bigger pads too.

Surely the Brembo website (or any other car parts site) has an "enter your car make and model to find the right parts for your exact car"

Most car part sites do however on ECP and CarParts4Less it says 'There is more than one choice of part for your vehicle. Please select the correct 'Brake Discs' by checking the 'Fitment Detail' tab'.

My diesel DS3 had the bigger discs as I recall, when it came to pads I spoke to EBC Brakes Direct to ensure that I received the correct set, the chap on the phone said that a lot of models have different options and this is the easiest way to get the correct fitment.

My DSport+ diesel has the smaller 266m discs. I guess you have to measure yours to be 100% sure before you order.
