1.6hdi - put £50 diesel at 142.9p a litre !!! Got 447 miles out of it, could have got another 20-30 max out of it and yes I hit the 4000revs mark a few times

I've never hit the red line...

I seriously don't know how to get above 50mpg other than motorway driving!

i got 400 miles from a full tank(£55) with an mpg of 46 and thats only its first tank so things should get better. and i drive quite fast.

thats the 110 I have filled up a few times, get on average 55 - 65 mpg and just passed its first 1000 miles
