I always park my car at opposite ends of the car park to avoid this, cons to this are the space is miles from where im going, and im lazy.

Know how you feel. I got scratched 2 days after getting the car. There are b**tards out there, they don't respect other peoples property. Probably think we are well off just because we have a nice car.

I normally park right at the back where it is completely empty.....or if possible next to upper class cars i.e. BMW, Porsche's lol

Are you implying that the DS3 is a lower class of car?

No i do not imply that, i imply that BMWs and Porsche's are less likely to smack their doors into your/my car. As they are much more pricey to repair. You know what i mean :-P

I came back to mine at the car park today and some git has put a small crease in the passenger side door lip...looks like they have whacked it opening their door :/......not huge but i'll live with it as i'm buggered if i'm paying my excess to get it sorted.

I park as far from other cars or the pimp spots you get where no one can park either side.

Someone once walked over my C3, dented bonnet and roof, so always worry about my car.

I do that myself but this time it didn't make any difference :/......it's only a car at the end of the day but sometimes it makes you wish you haven't got a new car and potter around in an old banger where you couldn't give a toss about it lol

                          Found a 'bonus' space today!

The guy next to me still had to park on the line.

Why is it that, even if you go to the furthest end of the supermarket car park, some muppet is bound to come & park right next to you? Or to squeeze into that narrow space between you & the next car, when there are loads of bigger spaces?

It's the same if you go camping. Find a nice quiet site, look for a nice quiet corner well away from anyone else, and some muppet is bound to come along & pitch their tent right next to you.

Herd instinct? Desire for human contact? Beats me.
