Have you had your email/letter saying your order has left the factory? That's usually an indication that you're about 18 days away from delivery.

Have a look at this thread for more info http://ds3club.co.uk/showthread.php?...ght=lead+times

Sounds like your DS3 exited the factory on the latter part of the month which does go along with the supply bulletin for 4/2/11 which shows a March build with April delivery in mind. The only thing is we don't know what position in that order line you had and from the sounds of it your DS3 was at the back of the queue. Late April delivery would have been badly effected by all the holidays we have had, your dealer may have been working, but the transport agents and rail agents and loaders and everybody else won't have been. The delay you are having is also being felt by customers of mine too, we are still trying to catch up with the big delay caused by easter and the royal wedding.

It won't be long now so stick with it and you will soon be driving away!

hi thanks for replies, but cant seem to get my head round the fact that lots of members on this forum have ordered theres mid to late march and have taken delivery of theres already, expected some delays due to bank holiday but assumed this would only happen if it was in UK as don't think the French share our bank holidays as it still hasn't arrived here yet.unfortunately husband is away doing his bit for queen and country so both our stress level are a bit high as you can imagine as when husband spoke to dealer it was yes sir please sir as when i phone its fob off time, dreading his phone call home at weekend as when he spoke to dealer gave my fella the impression that we would have the car by now so should imagine his testosterone levels will overload when i tell him we haven't.........lol......god help the taliban ha ha

The loading at the French side is done by British contractors who would have followed the holidays. I can understand the stress you are under but do share a thought for the dealer who must be as equally stress - I hate being at the mercy of the transport agents and Citroen as normally my customers will blame me for the delays and the irony is the CSI questions to point to the dealer being at fault, but as I say to my customers the car is delivered the moment I see 'headlights'!

I'm not condoning the dealer 'fobbing' you off all I'm trying to point out is that they are powerless to help.

Willo, know exactly what your going through. Try and chill out and if on camp go down the families club for a coffee :0) tell hubby you have spoken to freinds on the club website and a very honest dealer (Biggy) and that all is well.
