Cant get my phonebook to sync from my Blackberry Curve

Hi All,

Finally got my THP150 Sport on Friday after an 18 week wait and apart from coming with silver alloys instead of the white ones i ordered which is being rectified the only other issue i have is that the phonebook wont sync from my Blackberry, its paired up fine but the phonebook option is unavailable. The demonstrator that i had before i ordered had no problem with my old Blackberry pearl. Am i doing something wrong?

Try disconnecting the battery for 20seconds and reconnecting. This has resolved a few syncing issues in the past.

If that doesn't work ensure the ECU is fully upto date with your dealer & that the Curve is a supported handset.

Remember that when you first switch on the ignition the Bluetooth system can sometimes take up to five minutes before everything syncs with the phone. Also check the settings on your phone to make sure that you have allow the Bluetooth access to the phonebook, had this with a customer the other day with a Nokia.

It does work on a blackberry curve as it works on mine- it just takes its time

Thanks Biggy , its probably the phone messing around. I will have another go tomorrow and see what happens.
