hi been trying to get this of dealer for quite a while now but keeps coming up with excuses the latest one being admin girls is on holiday:confused: is the easy to access for the sales people or is it secrectly encrypted and only the admin girl has access to this top secret file:confused:thanks debbie

Certain staff member will have a user ID or 'd' number which will allow them to access the system, normally that would be the sales staff, service staff and admin people.
